What you will do

At Turlock Dental Care, we believe that creating value is at the heart of every role. Whether someone’s a dentist, hygienist, or receptionist, everybody’s contributions are key to our collective success, yours included.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Financial Coordination:

  • Present and explain financial options to patients.

  • Establish and accurately record payment arrangements within the practice management software.

Appointment Management:

  • Efficiently schedule treatment and preventative care appointments.

  • Proactively confirm appointments with patients, optimizing the doctor and hygienist schedules.

Patient Relations and Communication:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience.

  • Demonstrate superior communication skills, both written and verbal.

Administrative and Technical Proficiency:

  • Navigate and understand dental insurance processes.

  • Accurately process payments and perform data entry.

  • Operate multiple computer programs with speed and precision; proficiency in Dentrix is highly valued.

Operational Excellence:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail.
