Meet Dr. McCulla

Dr. Robert McCulla, DDS, has been providing exceptional dental care to the Turlock community since 1983. A graduate of the University of Southern California, where he earned both his Bachelor’s and Doctorate degrees, Dr. McCulla is committed to staying at the forefront of modern dentistry through continuous education. His dedication to innovation ensures that guests receive the latest advancements in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and dentofacial orthopedics.

As the founder of Turlock Dental Care, Dr. McCulla has built a practice rooted in compassionate, guest-centered care. Known for his warm and friendly approach, he values long-term relationships and prioritizes making every guest feel comfortable and heard. His passion for dentistry is matched by his commitment to excellence, always striving to provide high-quality care tailored to each individual.

Beyond the office, Dr. McCulla is actively involved in the community, dedicating his time to local charities and church initiatives.

Meet Dr. Bahia

Dr. Bhupinder (Bobby) Bahia, DMD, is dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality dental care to the Turlock community and beyond. A Central Valley native, Dr. Bahia combines his passion for dentistry with a meticulous attention to detail, helping guests feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visits. He specializes in endodontics, CEREC crowns, and same-day dentistry, utilizing the latest technology to provide efficient, top-tier care at Turlock Dental Care.

Dr. Bahia graduated from Ceres High School before earning his Bachelor of Science in General Biology with minors in Chemistry and Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, where he honed his expertise in modern dental techniques.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Bahia is a devoted Raiders fan and was recently married.

Meet Dr. Carpenter

Dr. Emma Carpenter, DMD, is passionate about creating healthy, beautiful smiles and building strong relationships with her guests. With a focus on preventive care and advanced treatment, she is dedicated to helping each person achieve lasting oral health. She specializes in implant restoration, orthodontic treatment, and interdisciplinary healthcare, combining expertise from multiple fields to provide comprehensive, high-quality care.

Dr. Carpenter’s journey in dentistry began as a dental hygienist, where she spent seven years working directly with patients before advancing her education. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of the Pacific and later received her Master of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of California, San Francisco. She went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Dental Medicine, equipping her with the latest knowledge and techniques in modern dentistry.

Outside the office, Dr. Carpenter enjoys spending time with her two daughters, staying active outdoors, and expanding her knowledge across healthcare disciplines to better serve her guests.
