Erica’s love for dentistry started young—she genuinely looked forward to her hygiene appointments as a child. Now as an RDA, and soon-to-be Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Function II (an advanced dental assistant licensed to perform expanded procedures, like fillings and impressions), she brings that same sense of comfort and care to every guest she serves. What she loves most is reassuring guests they’re in the best hands and seeing them leave happy and confident—especially when they smile bigger than they did when they arrived.

She’s seen firsthand how treatment can transform not only a guest’s teeth—but their entire outlook—when they go from hiding their smile to showing it off. When she’s not at TDC, you’ll likely find her watching movies with her husband, spending time with her family, or enjoying sushi and Mexican food (especially from Las Casuelas). Her daughter’s smile lights up her world—and here at the office, so do the smiles of every guest she gets to care for.
