Treatment Coordinator, also known as our Check Out Champion

Raquel Velasquez is a Treatment Coordinator—also known as our “Check Out Champion”—who loves working with people and helping them. What she enjoys most about her role is that she never stops learning and always feels supported by her team.

One of her favorite experiences was seeing a guest complete treatment with anterior crowns and a bridge—he was so happy, and it reminded her how much a smile can change someone’s life. Outside of work, you’ll find her walking, listening to music, or spending time with family. Her go-to motto is “Think outside the box,” and when asked what makes TDC stand out, she says simply, “Our hospitality—there’s no place else.”
