Shawna’s journey into dentistry began when she realized accounting just wasn’t cutting it—after all, who would she talk to all day? Now with over 37 years of experience and credentials as both an RDH and an RDHAP (Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice), she’s found her calling in guest care, daily problem-solving, and cultivating meaningful connections.

As both a Clinical Director and Registered Dental Hygienist, Shawna thrives on making others feel welcome, worthy, and seen—whether it’s a guest in the chair or a teammate in the hallway. She believes in kindness, leads with presence and patience, and finds deep fulfillment in witnessing the transformation that happens when someone finally feels confident in their smile. Outside of the practice, Shawna stays just as vibrant—traveling, gardening, walking her dog, capturing landscape photography, and styling others through her work as a Cabi Clothing Stylist.
