Tiffani has been passionate about teeth since high school—she’s always noticed a person’s smile first. With 16 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, she now leads the admin team and coordinates treatment with a deep understanding of both clinical and guest care. She loves encouraging fellow Care Creators and helping guests feel confident in their smiles. What she enjoys most is the connection—getting to know guests and guiding them toward the smile they’ve always dreamed of.
Outside the office, she finds her joy in being a mom to four and lives out TDC’s value of “Team” by making sure everyone she connects with feels seen and supported. For Tiffani, a smile is never just a smile—it’s a reflection of care, confidence, and connection.
