Registered Dental Assistant (RDAEF), also known as the Doctor’s Right Hand

Toni first got her start in dentistry helping her sister—a Registered Dental Assistant—stock rooms one day a week. What began as simply lending a hand eventually sparked a love for supporting others in their dental journeys, from easing fears to helping guests smile with confidence. With over 35 years of experience and advanced certification as an RDAEF, Toni is passionate about listening to each guest’s needs and explaining the value of ongoing care in a way that’s both positive and empowering.

Outside the office, she loves entertaining, cooking (a gift passed down from her parents), and spending time with her granddaughter Brielle, whose smile lights up her life. After walking through her own cancer journey, Toni brings an extra layer of compassion to everything she does—and is proud to serve alongside the assistant team she calls family.
