We’ve intentionally curated an environment that’s cozy, calming, and rooted in hospitality. With warm lighting, soft textures, and soothing colors, everything about our space is meant to put you at ease. Cozy blankets. Noise-canceling headphones. A refreshment station. What happens during your visit
Most new guest experiences last about 60–90 minutes. We’ll take time to get to know you—not just your smile, but your story. Here’s what the visit might include:
Tour the practice, so you feel oriented and at home
We’ll walk you through our space so you feel relaxed, welcomed, and familiar with your surroundings from the start.
Full set of digital x-rays and diagnostic photos
Our modern imaging tools help us get a clear picture of your dental health—quickly, comfortably, and safely.
Comprehensive evaluation with your doctor and a hygienist
You’ll meet one of our doctors or hygienists for a full smile assessment—covering teeth, gums, and overall health with a whole-person approach.
Comfort-focused cleaning, if needed for your visit
Based on your evaluation, the doctor will recommend the right cleaning to keep your smile looking as bright, healthy, and beautiful as possible.
Personalized care plan and answers to all your questions
Your Treatment Coordinator will walk you through findings, answer your questions, and co-create a plan tailored to your goals, timeline, and comfort level.
Warm follow-up and help scheduling next steps
Before you go, we’ll make sure everything is clear—from next steps to reminders and resources—so you feel supported and set up for success.

Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any final paperwork, or fill out your paperwork online ahead of your visit.
